In the United States and throughout the World,there is a mounting drug problem which doesn't seem to be getting better dispite all the efforts in local,state,and federal law enforcement.The question we need to ask is whether the problems are in the drugs themselves,or are the powers who are responsible for combatting the problem actually contributing to it?
